  • Acupuncture

      The first pillar is ACUPUNCTURE.  There are multiple meridians or channels that run across the human body.  Hundreds of points are located along these meridians.  A skilled acupuncturist inserts fine needles into the points to create balance in the body.  The needles reduce areas or excess, strengthen deficiencies, drain heat and address cold disorders.

  • Chinese Herbs

    The second pillar is the use of CHINESE HERBS The herbs regulate the function of the internal body. Herbs often offer a much quicker recovery from a variety of diseases than acupuncture alone and are indispensable when dealing with internal imbalance ranging from the common flu to a tumor. 

  • Tui Na

    The third pillar is TUI NA.  Tui Na is body work performed for therapeutic purposes. (similar to massage) It is used to support the bodies structure and release dysfunctional patterns.  It aids in increasing range of motion and ease of movement. 

  • Qi gong

    The final pillar is QI GONG, an internal martial art, which builds a foundation of internal strength from which the emotional, physical and spiritual body can pull from. 

  • Quantum Energetic Disciplines

    Quantum Energetic Disciplines, created by Master teacher Jo Dunning, is transformational energy work.  With ease and grace the pulse technique is used to assist the client to achieving  a life more fully aligned with what they would like to experience.   

    This technique can help the patient resolve unwanted limiting beliefs, fears, phobias, or health related problems.

Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine have helped heal several pathologies over thousands of years. This ancient art is a mixture of academia, intuition, insight and energetic exchange.  Oriental Medicine treats a broad range of diseases.  The World Health Organization has recognized and listed multiple conditions effectively treated with Acupuncture. 

 

There are four pillars of this ancient art that comprise Oriental Medicine.  Each modality can stand on its own. But when used in conjunction this is powerful system of treatment that addresses the whole being.
