Who We Are

Melissa's background in environmental education, child advocacy, and personal development has set the groundwork for a deep understanding of holistic health.  She recognizes the relationship of body, mind and spirit in health related disorders.  Melissa is unafraid to address fundamental building blocks for living a healthier and happier life.

Melissa works to release pain.  While continuing to support the body to function at the highest level possible for optimum health.

Melissa's brightest blessing is her two year old son.  Who continues to teach her she has a lot more to learn.  In her free time she loves to read, bike, hike and lounge in her pj's.
